Tending Taste Gallery Dinner

Join artist Megan Heeres' for a beautiful evening of Art + Food, with dinner especially curated by Chef Alison Heeres of Coriander Kitchen and Farm.

The sit-down dinner experience happens in the gallery space where the artist has her current solo exhibition Tending Time.  The evening starts at 6 pm with a brief tour of the exhibition and the artworks in the space.

MENU:

• On the table: 
  • Whole roasted garlic heads with chili honey, evoo, castelvetrano olives, rosemary sourdough
  • Salad- Castelfranco radicchio, Cider poached Michigan Pear, whipped smoked blue cheese, dehydrated tomatillo, grilled red onion

      

• Shared Plates: 
  • Puttanesca of the Great Lakes- Slow roasted coriander farm tomatoes, smoked lake trout, capers and olives over panisse triangles
  • Sauteed Farm Broccoli  Raab with pine nut, roasted Michigan grapes, grilled fennel.
  • Maple roasted Delicata with fried sage, rustic pork sausage, and white beans
  • Honey thyme ice cream with baked Michigan Apple
